[SmartCrawl] Yoast import in subsites

I have an issue with the subsites not importing Yoast SEO settings. The SmartCrawl->Settings->Import/Export section doesn’t show any import options for 3rd party plugins, even though Yoast is installed in the said site. I see the option on Network Settings but not individual subsites.
