[Smush CDN] asking to upgrade my plan

I want to activate CDN for my website. It is not getting activated and asking to upgrade my plan. I am having a gold plan. Please help me to resolve this.

    I tried to log into your site, but Support Access wasn’t working (I got presented with WordPress login screen instead).

    That said, please try updating Smush API again. It may have not worked for short periods of time due to maintenace works on our hosting provider that hosts our Smush API Servers – there were some intermittent issues reported, including not being able to activate Pro mode in Smush.

    To refresh the API status, please go to Smush >> Settings and scroll all the way down until you see the “Update API Status” button. Please click that and allow it a moment to refresh the page. If all goes well, you should have Smush Pro activated.

    If that doesn’t work, please share with us access credentials to your site so we can log in and find a solution to your issue.
