Smush could not finish because some of your images exceed the 5mb size limit

When I Bulk Smush I get this:

“Smush could not finish because some of your images exceed the 5mb size limit”

I have Smush Pro it is activated but it still shows this message. I have tried to remove and reinstall the plugin and that did not fix it. I also tried to check if your Smush IP and its location region is locked and I can see that the IP is not blocked.
