[Smush Pro] Images disappear when CDN is turned on

We are using Smush Pro and turning on the CDN removes the images from visibility. 415 or 503 errors show up for the images in the browser console. We’ve tried turning it off and on but it didn’t work. Please advice.

    Hello Jared

    I hope you’re well today!

I checked the site and I see that there’s currently Jetpack active there with “Speed up image load times” option enabled. This option would break Smush CDN because it is actually CDN as well and it offload images to WordPress.com CDN.

To change that, go to the “Jetpack -> Settings -> Perforamance” page and disable either “Speed up image load times” or even entire “Enable site accelerator” option (as it currently only handles that images’ option anyway).

After that, clear caches on site and try enabling Smush CDN back again and the images should be there, served from Smush CDN.

Let me know if that worked for you, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
