We are experiencing some difficulties with the Smush Pro CDN feature on one of our sites. Before Christmas, we had the CDN up and running, serving images via next generation formats. However we have come back to find that none of the images are being served in newer formats now.
We have tried “Saving & Activating” the CDN settings but this has proved not to work (we are still getting the following message: “CDN is not yet active. Configure your settings below and click Activate.”.
We have then tried deactivating and reactivating the CDN functionality of the plugin and then we have tried reactivating the entire plugin.
We have checked your service statuses and everything is operational at the time of writing this. Please could you advise us on how to proceed with this issue and how we can get the CDN active again so that we can serve images in next generation formats?
