Snapshot fails consistently

I have several sites on the same VPS server, and Snapshot does not complete a backup on any of the sites. We have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, including deactivating everything and adding all the extra defines to wp-config.php with no success.

    The dev team, we are to troubleshoot your issues with Snapshot and I noticed the FTP credentials you have provided for http://www.wa********ci.com and http://www.ha********eb.com are no longer working. Credentials to the WP admin for both sites would be also necessary. I understand that http://www.ha********eb.com is more of a testing site, so this is where we can perform our tests more easily.

    In order to help you better with your issue, would you please grant us FTP and WP access to your sites, so we can perform some advanced debugging?
