Snapshot file not restoring up for me

My snapshot file will not restore on one of my client’s sites. Can I install a fresh WP, add the Snapshot plugin, import the saved Snapshot file from my hard drive and restore from that and have the site come back?

    What is happening when you try to restore it? Are you receiving any errors or anything? How big is the snapshot file? It could be due to a server timeout or memory restrictions.

    Yes, it will restore whatever you included in the snapshot still :slight_smile:

    however, if one of the issues above(server issues) are the cause then you will likely have the same trouble again on a fresh site.
