Snapshot hangs when backing up files

Hi, I need to do quite a few updates to my site but wanting to do a full site backup first with Snapshot. I have configured the destination to Drop Box and was able to complete the authorization. When ever I go to do a backup it would seem it hangs when trying to backup the files at about 14%. I don’t get any error messages either. Any thoughts?

    Hey @Nicholas Coupland, hope you’re doing well today! :slight_smile:

    What if you were to try doing a local backup first, just to be safe? Does it get beyond the 14% mark then?

    If not, then my next question would be, inside of:

    Snapshot -> Settings

    What’s the memory limit set to presently?

    Also, have you tried backing up certain types of files only, instead of backing up all of them? For example, what if you were to select the “Include selected files:” option, and only choose the media files? Does that work?

    It’d help if we could narrow down which files seem to be causing a lockup here. :slight_smile:
