Snapshot is deleting all images from the site

I installed snapshot pro on two separate websites this weekend, two separate servers, both on GoDaddy, and in both instances the backup failed and deleted every image on my site. The code is untouched, but all images are gone. It actually deleted every directory associated with that site . So use at your own risk. I had to manually recreate all the directories (/wp-content/uploads/sites/”site#”/”year”/”month”/”image” and then manually upload every image back to the directory where it was. I’ve got one site back up and running, just now starting on the next.

    I'm sorry to hear you have this issue!

    I've tested the Snapshot plugin on my site, and can't recreate the same issue.

    Did you see any errors when backing up or restoring a backup?

    Please make sure that you did all the steps described in this tutorial.

    One of the reasons of this issue, may happen because the execution time and PHP memory limit is low. Would you please add this line to your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 600

    Please see here how to increase PHP memory limit.

    Please check if you have set up Memory Limit section to 512M like it's shown in the attached screenshot. If there isn’t enough memory, then PHP will time out with memory errors.
