Snapshot is not backing up any files. Used on a bunch of other sites, This one is NOT working

Please tell me why and how to fix?

Please fix and backup.

I tried sending through the installed plugin and it would not go through.

    Hello Scott,

    Please disable all other plugins for while and switch to the default WordPress theme – I’ve checked browser console and there are some JS errors that are worrying. I tried to do backup, but because of those errors I couldn’t even check the progress because site was crashing.
