Snapshot Pro does not perform any action nor save snapshots

Hi there,

i would like to start backing up the websites from my multisite so i created a snapshot for each of them to save it on google drive. everything seems to be configured correctly but no snapshots are saved and no daily action is being performed.

can you check what can be an issue, i’ve just granted support access.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I just logged into your site and, checking the logs/archives for various snapshots, I see that the Snapshot plugin had indeed been backing up your sites in March and sending the snapshots to your Google Drive.

    However, trying to access any of those previous backups, using the Google Drive URL found at the end of the log for any specific snapshot, results in a 403 message from Google:

    “Daily Limit for Unauthenticated Use Exceeded. Continued use requires signup.”

    …but maybe that’s just for me trying to access something I don’t have to. :slight_smile:

    Also, I see that the backups are scheduled for Once-Daily, and the next is set to run on the 15th (tomorrow).

    Had you previously set things up to run once daily – perhaps several days ago – and those are the snapshots that did not get created? Is that the issue?

    i set up to run once daily and since then no snapshots were created. those which are visible were made manually. i don’t know what is the error from google related to – do you have any ideas how to fix it and start saving snapshots?

    Hi there,

    i have updated google drive access, tried to make instant backup to google drive and dropbox but status is pending from 2 days ago.

    also none of planned snapshots were made. could have a look what is going on?

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    I run a quick test spanshot on my sandbox site and its successfully backing up on google drive. To make sure I am not getting the authentication error message as posted by Patrick above and also to make sure the API is working fine.

    I checked the parameters in your destination settings seems good to me.

    Here I need a helping hand and flaggin SLS (second level support) for their invaluable feedback on this matter. They will respond here soon.

    2. Can I do a backup via snapshot for testing?
