Snapshot Pro Internal Server Error

Hi, I got following error message:

Internal Server Error –> See pic.

Before I got a memory error and changed in the Snapshot Plugin the memorysize to 512MB

What can I do?

    Hey Manfred,

    Hope you’re well :slight_smile:

    All the limits seem to be ok with your setup so I’m thinking this might be something server side.

    But before we go there can you try changing to PclZip for compression option?

    Also could you try excluding your plugins from exported files and see if it will create snapshot in that case?

    Hey Manfred,

    Thanks for trying this out, it looks like the issue here is memory limit so here are few things you can try.

    First try adding this to your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can also check with your host to increase memory limit in php.ini

    Or if you want to know which plugin is causing the issue you can exclude them when creating snapshot by adding plugin folder in exclusions, example plugins/my-plugin
