Snapshot to Dropbox stopped working – Sending file chunked

Hi, Snapshot to Dropbox has been running for me for months, no issue. It stopped working last week. I have plenty of room at Dropbox, and there have been no major changes to my network or hosting (at Bluehost).

When I try to run a manual snapshot it get to about 7% transferred and is stuck there. A portion of the error log is below.

I have already deleted the existing snapshot and created a fresh one, also I reauthorized dropbox.

Assistance appreciated.

    There aren’t actually any errors in the info you’ve posted here, everything seems to be working okay from these messages.

    Let’s see if we can figure out why your backups aren’t transferring to Dropbox as they should. You’re able to take a complete snapshot, correct? It doesn’t fail until you start to transfer it to Dropbox?

    That sounds like you may be running low on memory, so the transfer is timing out. You can choose any of these options to do so:

    1. Edit your wp-config.php file, and either increase the current memory limit OR add this line if one like it doesn’t exist:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

    2. If you can access and edit your php.ini file (some hosts don’t allow this), increase the standard 32m to 64m, like you see below:

    memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)

    3. If you can’t access or edit php.ini, try adding the following to your .htaccess file:

    php_value memory_limit 64M

    If none of the above works, talk to Bluehost and see if they’ve got any insight here. It could be something on their end, even if you haven’t changed your plan.
