    Hi Arthur ,

    Hope you're doing well today :slight_smile:

    During our live chat I misunderstood how this is supposed to work, I was expecting a file to be downloaded to my computer, but its not how actually it should work. Defender will download the last GEO IP database to your server. So, once you click on download button, Defender will dowload the database and then refresh the page and show the options to Blacklist and Whitelist the countries.

    I checked your site and these options are being showing, so everything should be working as expected. However, if you find any issue, please let us know.
