Suggestion: Filter on site

Hi, since I been registering several support tickets on various sites, I miss the option to filter on site.

As you can see from the screenshot above I loose control over what tickets are related to Site A, Site B etc – hence making it difficult to know if all issues as fixed for a given site.

    I trust your day is going well!

    Indeed, we currently only have a filter for the status of the ticket’s resolution on the Support page. I will create a task for our Hub team to further review the request.

    I’ve also moved your ticket to our Features and Feedback section and made it public so other members can also vote and make suggestions, since I think it’s a good suggestion in this case anyway and may help a bit when managing multiple websites.
