Support Chat not working after upgrade!

I upgraded today but since then chat support is not working anymore. I do have question regarding some specific WP problems and need the chat function.

How can I fix this and make chat support work again?

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

    We are not getting any reports at the moment that our chat system is not working. Can you tell me which browser and what system are you trying?

    If it is not working in one browser can you try in another and see if then it will work?

    Are you seeing any specific errors when you are trying to open chat? Let me know.
