I’ve been getting some complaints from users that are signing up for supporter status that after they pay they do not become supporters.
I logged into my paypal account and see these people indeed did pay via paypal but when I log into their account they are not granted supporter rights and I have to manually extend them.
I just did a test run and I had the same problem as them. Basically I went through the payment process. I paid, and then returned to my site. When I returned back it was like I never even signed up. I checked my paypal account and the funds were indeed in the account but supporter status wasn’t turned on.
I just updated to WPMU 2.9.1 and the latest version of Supporter. I’m wondering if perhaps it’s an API issue..
Any ideas?
