Switching From Avatar to Avatars Plugin

Is there any instructions to upgrade from avatar to avatars ? Old blogs avatar will be preserved or will be lose ? Does avatars works with Friends plugin ?

    The avatars are stored in a different location with the new plugin so old avatars will not be preserved. If you only have a small number of blogs though you can change the file names of the old avatars and copy them to the new directory.

    filename format:

    blog-BLOGID-SIZE.png

    user-USERID-SIZE.png

      Does avatars works with Friends plugin ?

    Nope, this question has been answered a few times now.
