I think it would be a good idea to have a field where you can input custom work on your reports. For instance, if I’m offering a monthly maintenance plan with some dev/support work it would be nice to outline the work I’ve done and the time spent on it in the monthly report I send to my client. Better yet, maybe integrate a time tracking app right in the hub for custom work that you are performing.
