[The Hub] Ability to create Folders and add websites into them.

This could be a simple reworking of the current tag system. Effectively make a folder where you could add websites into for quick reference. The difference being that it could speed up loading if you have tons of websites as it would simply load the folders first, clicking into the folder would only load those websites.
