[The Hub] Ability to to add/delete/change WordPress users on connected sites

We usually need to create user accounts for sites we add to the HUB and then be able to easily change/remove them. But right now we have to log in to each site manually.
It would be great if the HUB allows adding/editing/deleting WordPress users from the hub directly for multiple sites.
