[The Hub] Add notice if there’s a big update

Currently, if you try to update a plugin on the HUB, it doesn’t show any warnings or notice if it’s a big update

For example, Elementor suggests that I should create a backup first before updating

It doesn’t show that at all. I would recommend adding this feature to improve visibility within the HUB and make sure that the website is still standing after the update.

    It would actually be good indeed to have some kind of notice on the Hub end.
