Having reports is great, but sometimes we choose not to do an update for good reason (e.g., a compatibility issue was introduced, and we’re still troubleshooting). Also, sometimes it would be great to be able to add notes of other work we’ve done that wouldn’t be included in an update WP report. For example, when we take over a new e-commerce site and we want them to know we’ve been getting rid of their previous fake customer accounts, beefing up their security, adding SEO metadata to their pages, etc. It would be awesome if we could add notes for stuff like that which we can’t expect WPMUDEV’s reports to know.
