We really need an option to disable a website without deleting. We have a client who is not sure about renewal and we want to disable the site in the meantime.
Plesk offers two options: suspend, which implies it is temporary – or disable, which completely switches the site off, but can be re-enabled if need be. I want to do the latter.
Not having this option is bad for enforcing business rules – which sometimes you have to do. We want him to know that the site will be disabled if not paid. But will arrange it again if he has a change of heart.
If we are doing billing, then we need some method of disabling the site gracefully.
