[The Hub] Archive/Dormant Filter for Clients

Would be great to have a way to Archive or make Dormant Clients & Billing Clients. I have former customers and Dormant customers in my client list and would be great if i can keep them or filter them so i don’t see them when I am dealing with current clients. ;)

Also the ability to change a clients email from our end as we have nonprofits we work with and they are often changing volunteers and boards and I keep having to create a new client login instead of simply chaning it to a new user.

    Thank you for the suggestion, at this moment we can only delete it as we communicate with the Stripe API directly, as it doesn’t have that option we would need to either just label the customer as archived but keep it in Stripe or remove it from stripe and keep the data on HUB, so if you return the customer then a new customer is added to Stripe as well.

    Which option would you believe fits better for you?

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible due to the way the Client & Billing is designed, once the customer accepts the invitation a new account is created for them, but the same person can be your client or another agency client under the C&B at the same time which means if you change a confirmed email it will affect that other agency customer > email as well ( since it is the same person / company ).
