It would be a nice feature to be able to add/tie more than one website to an invoice. This specificially for clients that have multiple websites. This feature would pair nicely with the Quantum option that was introduced awhile back. As Quantum makes for a better option to a multisite.
TL:DR : option to add multiple sites to one invoice. :)
