There are some scenarios when a site is built as a community and the users of this site have a WordPress account, in those scenarios installing The Hub Client and requesting the members of the site create another account in The Hub Client(WPMUDEV Account) is not a good idea.
Would be great if it could use the existing WordPress account and in the background create the WPMUDEV account, not sure how to achieve it, but I think could be possible using API or some kind of workaround.
For example, I think the account could be created in the background and assigned an API Key to the WordPress User metadata and used it connect to The Hub and allow the connection to The Hub Client to manage the sites and domains related to that client.
The main idea will be avoid to forcing the clients to create another account where a previous WordPress account exists.
I hope you can consider this feature request because it will be a life changer.
