[The Hub Client] Creation of Tickets via email

Would be amazing if it would be possible to create tickets by forwarding an email to a specific address. Many of my clients are too old / too adhd to submit requests in a structured fashion, but it would be great if I could have a structured way to keep track of them.

New ticket would default to main user in assignment.
email subject would be ticket subject
Email content would be description.
