It would be extremely helpful if when submitting a ticket, a client could select from a dropdown for which site they are submitting a ticket. As a client has to be assigned to a site, I assume this is stored somewhere.
It would also be really helpful if the site were shown in the ticket list and ticket details, as well as having the ability to filter/sort by site.
