Hi – I’m requesting an easier way to handle product upgrades and downgrades. Currently, to do this you need to cancel a client’s subscription and then send them a new invoice which has to be paid to activate the new subscription, which can leads to delays in revenue.
I’d like to be able to do this automatically from our end, to upgrade or downgrade a client’s subscription and have it automatically take effect on the new invoice. WHMCS allows this and it was a very helpful features for when clients change plans. Thanks-
