[The Hub Client] Eliminate cog icon to have a link to configurate the plugin in “client only view”

For example, in the client center in the “just view all” view, they have this cog on each specific feature and link directly to the admin page for the plugin in question.
If I set the client view to “view only”, I should not have these shortcuts to manage the plugin.
I request that in this type of view they be removed. Thank you
