[The Hub Client] Hub Client Gutenberg Blocks

I was playing with the hub client today, and I decided to be creative and go out on a limb creating modular iframes and incorperating the hub client pages into my site pages. I think the hub client would be very useful as a set of modular gutenberg blocks rather than a single client.

        No problemo and glad you like what we do :)

        The one thing we are reluctant to incorporate, functionality-wise, at the moment (although it sounds like you’ve hacked it nicely lol) is the ability to free form customize The Hub Client itself because that will then introduce a bunch of issues when we dramatically improve it, as we are doing this year (e.g. open CSS tweaks that we can’t anticipate).

        However, we will be including a bunch more integrated (and controlled) customization options as well as the front end stuff.

    I didn’t customize any css or really. I started with seperate pages for each section. But then I settled on basically just making the header the same color as the background and embedding it on the page. It’s a simple change, but it lets me use whatever chat service I want to use and allow a bit more style flexbility for the rest of my site rather than making it a clone of WPMUdev.com. Simple changes like being able to customize the background color, or using a logo icon that isn’t round actually go a long way.

    The chat app is really cool too. I use a self-hosted instance of https://www.chatwoot.com/. It’s fantastic and really simple to host using https://cloudron.io. I like it so much i would pay for their service over any of the partner options. You should check them out. They are open source, very interoperable, and privacy focused. Something really important to my clients. I have many clients that are going google free in 2022. (I don’t work for them or anything, I’m just a super fan, kind of like the way i am with u guys)
