Hi – I need a way to manually setup client accounts (username/password) and payments.
I’ve had to manually call some (technically challenged) clients to try and help them setup their account, and take their card info over the phone. I would like to be able to create them a username/password that I can use during this process to help them get setup.
From there, I need to manually add their card info to the account and then process their invoice to activate the subscription – can we add a workaround for this? I dont see a way to do it.
Since subscriptions do not activate until the first payment is made – This creates a big issue for aging invoices, if everything is dependent on the client paying their own invoice and setting up their own account – as sometimes a month can go by, and we’ve missed a month of payment because of it.
