[The Hub Client] Stripe payment issue

My client tries to make a payment but couldn’t do it and face the error:
Stripe does address this particular issue where the 3DS activation does not appear when the user is making a payment.

I have attached the screenshot for further guidance as well

Please help me fix the issue

    Our Hub team is aware of the errors related to Indian regulations for 3DS (3D Secure) and we’re working on fixing it as soon as possible. However, we don’t have an exact time frame for when it will be resolved.

    Could you please let us know the country from which your client tried to make the payment that failed?

    Thanks for the update.. I am glad that you are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it. The client tried to make the payment from Mumbai, India.

    Would this not work for anyone in India? Or is it a random case where it would work for some and not work for others? I would like to have some idea as we plan to have a campaign for this project to have people subscribe to the white labelled hosting and I wouldn’t want to run this campaign if it’s going to have this issue.

    I have received an answer from our developers. A fix is in the works but I’m afraid they have no ETA at the moment. It seems that this only happens with cards from India, so if you have customers from other parts of the world, you should get no issues.

    I wanted to follow up on this to check if the issue has been resolved. I have a client from India who I’d like to use this option to purchase the web hosting service but before I ask them to use it, I’d like to confirm with you if it would work fine.
