[The Hub Client] white label manual and support documentation

1

It would be good for agencies to have access to a support site that was generic and did not link/refer to anything wpmudev related. This would allow us to sell wpmudev under our own branding without fear of losing customers to our supplier

I agree this would be awesome. But since they do not offer this, you can do what we did (and yes, I got approval from WPMUdev). We created our own documentation/kb. We simply copy pasted all of the text and did search and replace to remove WPMUDEV branding and replace it with ours.
For images, we used our white label hub on a sample account to duplicate the screenshots.
We also used Scribehow to create some custom docs.
Yes we t is still a bit of a manual process and takes time, but it is better than starting from scratch.

    Hi Ole bishop
Yes trying to avoid the manual effort trap, it would be a small job for these guys to produce this with a syntax replacement via the hub for keywords (names, addresses etc) and colour’s in the hub that they could then use themselves. They could even keep the seo as in don’t want that. It’s like everything, I’m sure there is priorities and budgets with roadmaps already in place, just wanted to put it o the radar
