Hi – I have a few requested improvements to the Domain process:
– Use my white label branding for all domain communications. Currently emails are sent form “your domain info” or similar titles that look spammy and confuse clients/team
– For domain transfers, remove the double opt-in or transfer cancellation penalty to confirm transfers . When moving domains on behalf of clients, they have already approved this, and usually we are keeping their registration info exactly the same, but managing it within our portal now, so there is no need for this extra step. This has led to some of my sites going offline without warning because the client did not click the link within the email to confirm their domain transfer – which is an admin and customer experience headache
– Allow purchasing and transferring of domains right within my client’s hub account (with coupon code available for a free 1yr) – maybe this is already in the works?
