[The Hub] Duplicate reports across sites or store report configurations as templates

Hi.

Currently, to my knowledge, it is possible to duplicate an existing report within the same site. But to streamline the setup process further, I would appreciate it if we could copy/duplicate an existing report to another site or save report configurations like we can for some of the plugins so that we can quickly set up periodic standard reports for new customers.
