This relates to the The Hub and The Hub Client. I suggest a new feature of just standardizing the user’s email address as their user name.
I only see my user name on occasion but every time I do I wish I would have had an option to choose it or had the option to change it.
Today when trying to do something it showed a notification with my user name of brandon6252268 or something and just wish it would have been my email which would be unique to me. I feel that’s an easy solution given everyone has a unique email address which can be used as their user name as well which would be better than a jumble of numbers.
Seems like it would also be an easy fix since you could map those two fields or could hide all instances of a user name and only present the end user with the email address on the front end.
This would be especially helpful when dealing with clients as it would look more professional when the client wants to reset passwords etc.
