[The Hub] Email Alerts when maximum monthly visits and requests are reached

Looking for a way to set-up email alerts when a site is at the maximum monthly visits and requests and needs resizing? We’ve had a few sites go down that had more visits and requests than the plan allowed for. All we had to do was resize the site and it came back up.
