[The Hub] Feature Request to be able to exclude some plugins from Automate processes on all site

I’d like to request a feature request where some specific plugins can be excluded from Automate on the sites they’re available on from running the Automate processes when new updates for such plugins are released. This can be done manually, but I’d like for this to be automated so the plugin(s) can be excluded on all sites on an account, for example, so if I have over 100 or more sites, I do not have to do this manually.
