[The Hub] For Uptime need Database Connection Error Alert

For Uptime feature:

So if the server is up, but the database crashed and in WordPress you see “Cannot connect to Database” (or whatever the message is) This should trigger a site down alert. Also if you get a “Critical Error” message this should trigger an alert as well.
