[The Hub] Make site names in My Plugin’s launchable after filtering, etc.

It’d be very helpful to make the site names launchable after filtering. For example, I can search my plugins for WooCommerce and it shows me the list awesomely. However, I’d like ot be able to click on each site to launch it and check things, etc. This could launch the site overview page, so we could then launch live front or backend of the site(s).
