[The Hub] Manage Access to Groups of Sites

I’d like to create groups of sites so that I can grant some of my team members access to the group, then when I add to that group those members automatically have access. At the moment I’m somewhat stuck between either automatically granting everyone access to everything, or manually updating access every time we create a new site for each team member that should have access.
