[The Hub] Multiple Brands & Currencies, Languages in one (agency) hub account

I do understand that I can have multiple brands (client hubs) under one Hub account, which is great when offering different services from one agency.

In my case, I am also offering different services to different customers and countries they live in; eg. I do sell to Swiss customers (German speaking, CHF) and US based customers (English speaking, USD). While I am able to manage different languages, one big issue I am facing is this:

I only can have one currency for one hub account, which is kinda problematic as I am selling services in CHF and USD. The option to add more currencies, but with the same Stripe account, would be super phenomenal, and assign them to a specific client hub (or brand).

Also, in addition, it would be stunning to manage separate brands (or client hubs) in the main (agency) hub more conveniently, say with subaccounts. Just an idea.

Is anything of the above already possible or in the works?

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and suggestions for further improvement with us! We’re always interested to hear from our members how the products we provide are used. And how we can make things even more adjusted to make the experience even more streamlined.

    I’ve shared your feedback with the Hub team for further review and I will create a task for them to keep track of the interest.

    Regarding the question whether this is possible to achieve at the moment – while there’s no support for that built in, a possible workaround for the time being would be to set up a separate membership – this way you can set up a different currency and manage the different markets separately.

    Interesting request Matthias and I can see why you are after that.

    My concern would be that Stripe limits us there (they are very particular about currency you set up with), but I *think* they should allow you to then bill in different currencies to that and convert it.

    subaccounts for brands (client hubs), also all email branding and customization has to be on that level too

    You can already have differently branded client hubs, and that *should* apply to emails as well although allowing fully customized emails continues to be a fun challenge (that we’ll meet as much as is humanly possible)
