[The Hub] Multiple labels for websites

5

I need multiple labels/tags for websites in the Hub. One of the reasons i need this is because i want to label the subscription type of a client and which month the latest update has taken place. At the moment i can only have 1 label for each websites

    Hey ilerimedia ,

    Hope you’re doing well today!

Thank you for your suggestion! Indeed it makes sense what you’re asking and we do have plans to improve that labeling / filtering on The Hub.

We already have a feature request regarding having multiple labels / tags assigned to a website and I’ve added this ticket as a reference to the existing request as well.

    We truly appreciate your feedback.
Please keep an eye on our Roadmap to see upcoming changes and updates regarding our products:

    Hi,

Its been a while now and this feature isn’t available yet. Is there any progress? With multiple sites added monthly, it’s getting really frustrating to keep managing websites. With ManageWP this was much easier…

I’m really considering to move back to ManageWP because of missing small features like this. Its very inconvenient! Maybe it was to early for me to move to WPMU from ManageWP

      Hey ilerimedia ,

      Hope you’re doing well today!

Currently our team assigned for The Hub development is focusing a lot on the Client & Billing / Reseller modules and features, so we still didn’t had the time to have a look at that feature specifically and also some others we have pending.

The task is on the backlog, so we still couldn’t give a second look at it.

We apologize for the delay on this.

      Best Regards,
      Rael

Too bad that a simple feature request like this seems to be so difficult to implement. I know you can’t just implement it. But not even looking into it, is just lax. I have no faith this feature will be implemented anytime soon. It makes the Hub just not professional enough. I’ve been using the Hub now as an alternative for ManageWP. But this kind of stuff makes me just think about the good old days when i used ManageWP.

I think I’ll be moving back to ManageWP

          Hello ilerimedia

I am sorry to hear that. However, although we have this feature on our backlog as mentioned by Rael in his response, we haven’t had many requests/votes about this from the members so that it can be prioritised further. Meanwhile, the Hub team had other tasks with more priority (like the new reseller module) which were released recently.

With that said, I will share your concerns with the team internally.

          Kind Regards,
          Saurabh

As the reseller system has now been published, is there any new roadmap where this functionality will be scheduled? A timeline would be appreciated. I’m afraid that without a date, this request won’t be added in the near future!

As a developer I know that a small feature like this can take a while to develop and mostly test. But its not that big of a request… The functionality is already partly available. It needs to be modified. This shouldn’t consume a lot of your developers time…

I feel like my request isn’t taken seriously as I’ve been waiting for over a year for this without even a date …

    Hi ilerimedia ,

I am sorry to know that you felt so.

We greatly value your suggestions and active involvement in enhancing our features. Your concern has been conveyed to our development team for review. However, an ETA cannot be provided at the moment.

While we aim to accommodate member recommendations, the decision to implement a feature depends on various factors including its priority based on member demand, as well as the extensive research, planning, execution, and testing required for a successful rollout to all our users.

We understand that waiting for updates can be inconvenient, but ensuring the quality and functionality of our plugin is essential for the benefit of all users. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we strive to deliver the best possible experience.

Thank you once again for your valuable contributions and suggestions.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
