It would be nice to have a feature to be able to send Hub users notifications based on specific criteria based on their site attributes.
A use case is as follows:
If discovered that a plugin requires an update for security purposes, and there are lots of users in the system with the same plugin. Then the tool could allow us to send a message to all the users with that plugin.
For the email part, it should use the email that is part of their domain info. the same that will be used for other WPMU reports.
