[The Hub] Receive alert notifications when a service goes to a red icon on the hub

Hello, as you know on our hub we have icons on the dashboard from every service, like Uptime, BLC, Snapshot, and so on. These icons go to red when something fails or requires our attention, like a new broken link detected or the site down. I would like to have a feature that sends an alert notification about these incidents, not from the plugin side but from the hub side, so we can be notified without having to have human eyes on the dashboard at all times.
