[The Hub] Remove or Rephrase “Quick Setup” panel for client roles

Hi – the quick setup plugin experience is not ideal for clients. For my hosting-only clients, I do not want them to have access to the pro plugins which are obtained via my website care plans that include more services. Currently, even on the “View Only” Roles, the quick setup panel still shows up, however when you try to activate any plugins (which are not white labeled, btw) it just throws an error that they could not be installed. There’s no indication of why. This leads to a confusing experience for clients.

Instead, I would propose that this panel and verbiage are hidden completely OR if it remain as is, adjust the verbiage to be something like “upgrade your plan/contact support to access these premium integrations” or allow for a custom text input from my team to tailor this to our use. Thanks-
