Currently Automate seems to run Plugin updates before it runs Theme updates. This becomes an issue as a lot of themes now have a core plugin that gets provided with the theme update. Therefore if you have Automate set to run weekly, it does not update the core plugin until the next week. This can be problematic for theme functionality until the plugin gets automatically updated.
