I have a client I’d like to move into the Hub billing system, but it’s an organization with several people doing different things. It would be awesome if “Clients” functioned more like accounts rather than users, so that the actual user(s) could be separate and given access to the account as needed.
In my specific case, I have a client that’s an organization with someone who needs access to the invoices in order to pay them, another person who needs access to them for bookkeeping, and another person who wants to be able to add/remove the bookkeeper’s access if needed. It /seems like/ the Team option would sort of work for this if it could become available to clients, except obviously the top-level users shouldn’t be able to grant access to things that they themselves don’t have access to, and the client’s team should be isolated from my team…
I also have a couple of clients who want two separate accounts and sets of invoices with separate credit cards, because they’re for separate businesses. At the moment in WHMCS I can just create another account and assign the same user, so they can use the same login and just choose which account they want to manage. It’d be cool if something like that were possible here as well.
